A spiritual consultation can be thought of as a map for navigating your current struggles or blockages on
the path to awakening. It is best suited for those who are feeling lost, doubtful, confused, or even fearful on
their spiritual journey. Awakening is a beautiful and inexplicably freeing experience, but with all the new
found light entering our being, the darkness we’ve buried within begins to surface. All of our stored
traumas, fears and outdated defense mechanisms emerge to fight against this great change happening
within. This is the ego doing what it is designed to do. Some spiritual communities frame the ego as the
enemy, but we need ego, it’s what makes us human. Ruling over our survival instincts, the ego is made up
of every instance where we had to do whatever necessary to survive. The number one priority of the ego is
to protect us, but without the proper programming, or reprogramming, it continually does more harm than
good.

During bouts of awakening we are guided to look at these old internal paradigms, and the stories that we
tell about ourselves and our experiences, then to decide what is no longer serving us and release it. In
short, we are being asked to confront and change our ego; our automatic responses to life. This is where
the term ‘ego death’ comes from. Change and death are one and the same, and this is especially
prominent in the eyes of the ego. Every attempt at change is perceived as a threat to dismantle and destroy
our ego, so it draws its weapons in order to keep us (it) alive; ego knows only ego.

Confronting the ego is one of the most challenging, but also most imperative, tasks on the journey to
awakening. The battle of ego vs soul is inevitable and can lead to extreme discomfort, and even feelings of
fear and despair. It can begin to feel like nothing makes sense, and all of the sudden you have endless
unanswered questions about yourself, your life, and the world around you. Learning how to sit with the
discomfort of moving through times of death and rebirth is one of the many purposes of awakening. It’s
the path to freedom amidst the storms of life. Realizing that we are supposed to learn from our pain,
understanding that we are meant to change, and learning to allow life, without fear.

A spiritual consultation is aimed toward validating you and your experiences, offering you clarity on your
unique path, creating a safe space for opening up about your experiences, and offering practices and
methods geared toward easing any the confusion or strife that comes and goes during times of awakening.

A psychic reading is best suited for those looking for clarity in their day to day life, or simply those who
are curious about the spiritual world and the guidance that it can offer. The use of divination tools varies
from reading to reading based on energetic needs, but for the most part there are no divination tools used.
I begin each reading with a short meditative exercise to aid in opening up your energy to being read and
interpreted through the highest love and light, then from there I proceed in relaying the messages as they
are relayed to me.
